Calculate your EPC rating

Here we have developed a fun way to calculate your building's rating. The questions and suggestions aim to show you how simple alterations and design selections can have significant positive effects on your building's energy performance.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) are part of a series of measures being introduced across Europe to help cut buildings' carbon emissions and tackle climate change. EPCs are now required whenever a building is built, sold or rented out. The certificate rates buildings from A-G, with 'A' being the most energy efficient.
