Replacing a 1960s, 25-storey tower, formerly occupied by Dresdner Kleinwort, which was demolished in 2008. Rafael Vinoly Architects 150m high tower provides 60,000sqm of office space, retail and public space. The top heavy design maximises floor space towards the top of the building where rents are typically higher, and has earned the nickname the ‘Walkie-Talkie’. It features a garden at the top of the building, which is London’s highest public park.
