Assistant Surveyor - Belfast
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Surveyor to join our Rights of Light team in Belfast.
The successful candidate will assist our senior Consultants on some of the most prestigious redevelopments in the UK in relation to Daylight, Sunlight, Rights of Light, Overshadowing and Environmental Impact Assessments.
Your duties will include:
Due Diligence (Land Registry, VOA Searches, GIS Maps, Local Authority Planning Portals).
Preparing and maintaining up-to-date project schedules.
Review of Technical Analysis.
Letter and Report writing.
Conscientious and responsible individual with a team player attitude.
Confident client facing professional; ideally with a property background.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Problem solving and analytical mind.
Good sense of humour.
Working in such a specialised field, we understand it is likely that the candidate will require training in our discipline and this will be provided.
