Party Wall Surveyor 

GIA are looking to further expand their specialist Party Wall team. 

Our Party Wall department is looking for a mid to senior level Surveyor to join their respected, well-established growing team. Our Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters department work on a mixture of residential and commercial sites, particularly in London. Rights of Light

We at GIA are the leading practice in Rights of Light and are pioneers in the field of designing for daylight in increasingly dense cities. Our Rights of Light department, the largest dedicated division of specialist advisors in the UK, are looking for two individuals to join our team.  

1. Rights of Light Surveying Assistant

GIA are looking to recruit a Surveying Assistant to support other consultants within the department, Full training in respect of the legal and technical aspects, which may be new to potential candidates, will be given on the job. 

2. Rights of Light Surveyor

GIA are looking to recruit a Surveyor to support and advise clients in respect of Daylight, Sunlight, Rights of Light, Overshadowing and Environmental Impacts. Full training in respect of the legal and technical aspects of the role will be provided however, a minimum of three years' experience within the property sector would be advantageous. 

Both of the aforementioned roles would enable the successful candidates to work on some of the most prestigious residential and commercial developments in the UK.

To us, training is an investment in the individual that, in turn, is an investment in our business.

As leaders in our areas of expertise we carry out a substantial amount of training in-house but we encourage participation in external courses and actively promote CPD.

We offer CPD workshops and seminars to clients and business partners too – get in touch to find out more.
