Task and Outcome:
Performed an initial site inspection to establish the extent of the works
Managed the mechanical and electrical sub-consultants
Liaised with the landlord’s agents and provided the necessary information to obtain the required licence to alter
Produced draft specification, which was issued to agreed list of contractors
Appointed a specialist contractor with proven experience to undertake the project
Undertook the contract administration role, dealing with contract variations, valuations, progress updates and contractual issues
Managed the required design reviews and variations
