The Brief

The existing tenant’s lease had recently expired on the demise and so the client appointed GIA to manage the complete refurbishment of the space prior to re-letting to a new tenant. The client confirmed that a proportion of the refurbishment costs would be recovered from the previous tenant through a dilapidations claim.

The Solution

GIA and WISH London worked together to produce a design and specification for the refurbishment works. This included the complete overhaul of the WC’s
