Who we are

Established in 1993 as Gordon Ingram Associates, we specialised in Party Wall and Rights of Light. GIA has since expanded into a specialist multi-disciplinary consultancy. Gordon's vision for the company was based on a recognition of the need to be pro-active, strategic, innovative and, most importantly, to see clients and fellow professionals as friends. This approach and the friendships we were lucky enough to have, allowed the company to expand on the breadth and range of its services in a sustainable and natural way.

GIA is a specialist multi-disciplinary consultancy with a large and ever-growing team of people working within eight core areas of expertise. We are fortunate enough to have worked on some of the most well-known and prestigious developments alongside leading architects and developers in London and major cities throughout the UK and overseas. We are grateful to all those who continue to offer the support which allows GIA to flourish and to maintain a reputation as a leader in our field.

Service is an over-used word and it would be disingenuous to claim that everything we touch is golden. We are sincere, though, in striving for excellence.
