Our approach

Raising awareness of ourselves as individuals and realising our full potential is as important to us as providing the appropriate advice. We encourage all our staff to understand that attitude affects the way in which they live and so how we approach each moment determines the future. Above all, we believe that creative spirit and excellence offer the greatest potential, and this ethos lies at GIA's core.

If all those whose lives we touch can consistently speak of GIA positively, whether they are the window cleaners or the biggest of corporates, then our vision is being realised in practice. Our aim is to be alive to all of the opportunities we are offered and to increase GIA's vitality and potential with deeper wisdom and focus. It benefits all of us and makes the future very exciting.

Giving back is as important as receiving and without trying to appear as angels we encourage all our staff to appreciate this point. Where we have been involved in charitable work it acts as a tool to encourage humility, gratitude and teamwork.
